Once your application is approved, you can go online and start earning from deliveries.
Go online
Open your driver app and switch your status to online. While you are online, you can receive delivery requests.
Stay available
Make sure you are online and available before deliveries are expected, so you do not miss requests.
Accept delivery requests
When a customer places an order and the vendor confirms it, a delivery request is sent to drivers. You will receive a notification with the delivery details.
Review and accept
Complete a delivery
Confirm the pickup
Confirm the pickup at the vendor - collect the order and check it matches the request.
Deliver the order
Deliver the order to the customer at the drop-off location.
Confirm the delivery
Confirm the delivery once it is handed over to the customer.
Keep your deliveries smooth
- Keep your helmet, delivery bag, and Safaribid Gear clean at all times - clean gear is mandatory.
- Keep your vehicle in good condition and make sure your documents stay up to date.
- Accept deliveries you can complete, so customers are not kept waiting.
