Set up your account

Create your Safaribid Vendor account, complete your business profile, and get your store approved.

This guide walks you through creating a Vendor account, completing your business profile, and getting your store approved.

Create your account

Click here to sign up using any of the following:

Sign up with email and password

Enter your email address and a password to create your account.

Sign up with phone number and password

Enter your phone number and a password to create your account.

Sign up with Google

Sign up with your Google account and skip the OTP step.

If you were sent a sign-up link, the Vendor role may already be preselected. Links containing ?role=business preselect the Vendor role.

Already have an account?

You can log in to an existing account instead of creating a new one.

Verify your contact

If you signed up with an email or phone number, you will receive a one-time password (OTP). Enter the code you receive to verify your contact.

Verify with email

Email sign-ups receive the OTP by email.

Verify with phone

Phone sign-ups receive the OTP by SMS.

Google sign-ups skip the OTP step.

If you did not receive your code, see Troubleshooting.

Complete your profile

After verification, you land on the profile setup page. From there:

Select Vendor / Business as your role.
Enter your profile details, such as your name and contact information.
Enter your business details - the business name, category, and location of your store.
Upload your business permit - this is mandatory and required for your store review.
Save your profile to submit your store for review.

Your email and phone are linked to one account

If you signed up with an email address, you will be required to enter your phone number in the profile section. Once you save your profile, that phone number is permanently linked to your account and cannot be used to create another account. The same applies the other way: an email address already linked to an account cannot be registered again.

Onboarded by a marketer?

If a marketer signed you up, most of your profile and business details will already be prefilled. You can review, edit, or update any of that information during setup - only the business permit upload is something you must do yourself.

Get your store approved

Vendor stores are reviewed and approved by Safaribid before they go live. While your store is under review:

  • You can continue to set up your store and add products.
  • Your store will not be visible to customers until approval is complete.
  • You will be notified once your store is approved and live.

Approval normally takes a short time. If your store has been under review for a while, contact support with your account details.

What happens next

Once your store is approved, you are ready to sell. Read Using your account to set up your store, add products, and fulfil your first order.
