Commission, earnings, and how vendors get paid for their sales on Safaribid.
Safaribid charges a commission on each sale, and your earnings are tracked in your vendor dashboard.
Commission
A commission is charged on every sale made through your store. The commission is deducted from the order total, and the remaining amount is your earnings for that sale.
- Your commission rate is set for your store and shown in your dashboard.
- You can see the commission and your net earnings on each order.

Your dashboard shows your sales and earnings at a glance:
Total sales
The value of all confirmed orders from your store.
Earnings
Your sales minus Safaribid commission.
Order history
A breakdown of each order, its commission, and your share.
Getting paid
Your earnings are paid out to you on a regular basis. To receive your payouts:
- Add and confirm your payout details in your account.
- Keep your payout details up to date so there are no delays.
Payout schedules and methods can vary. If you have questions about when or how you are paid, contact support with your account details.
Order cancellations
If an order is cancelled after it has been confirmed, the commission for that order is not charged. Your dashboard updates automatically to reflect any changes.
