The Safaribid Business Dashboard is your command center for managing commerce, logistics, and revenue.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in to business.safaribid.com, you'll find real-time data on your business performance.

Key Metrics

  • Revenue: Total sales across all channels (Marketplace, Web, App).
  • Orders: Total number of orders received and their current status.
  • Delivery Success Rate: Percentage of orders successfully fulfilled by Safaribid riders.
  • Customer Rating: Average feedback from your customers.
  • Analytics: Deep dive into sales trends, popular products, and customer demographics.
  • Inventory: Manage your product catalog, stock levels, and pricing.
  • Orders: Real-time order processing and fulfillment management.
  • Deliveries: Track active deliveries and review historical logistics data.
  • Wallet: Manage your earnings, view transaction history, and request payouts.

Operational Workflow

  1. Receive Order: An automated notification sounds in your dashboard.
  2. Accept & Prepare: Confirm the order and begin preparation.
  3. Request Rider: Once ready, click "Request Rider" to notify the Safaribid network.
  4. Handover: The rider arrives, picks up the package, and starts the delivery.
  5. Track: Monitor the rider in real-time until completion.
