Safaribid ensures that your revenue is processed securely and settled promptly into your preferred account.
The Safaribid Wallet
All earnings from the marketplace and your integrated stores are credited to your Safaribid Business Wallet.
- Available Balance: Funds that are ready for withdrawal.
- Pending Balance: Funds from recent orders undergoing the standard settlement hold (usually 24 hours).
- Reserved Balance: Funds held for potential refunds or chargebacks.
Settlement Cycles
We offer flexible settlement options to keep your cash flow healthy:
- T+1 (Standard): Funds are available 24 hours after a successful delivery.
- Instant Payout: Available for high-volume partners (additional fees apply).
- Weekly Settlement: Consolidate your earnings into a single weekly transfer.
Withdrawal Methods
You can withdraw funds from your wallet via:
- Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money): Instant transfers to your business number.
- Bank Transfer (EFT/RTGS): Settlements within 1-2 business days.
- Safaribid Card: Use your earnings directly with a Safaribid-linked debit card.
Fees & Commissions
Safaribid charges a transparent fee structure based on your plan:
